Pricing FAQ
Trial, limits, billing, and plan changes.
Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with access to all features. If you choose "Pick plan later" during setup, no credit card is needed. If you pick a plan during setup, you add a card at checkout and the first charge happens when the trial ends.
If you haven't chosen a plan, your account switches to read-only. Your roles and candidate responses stay in place, and you can pick a plan at any time to continue. If you added a card at checkout, your subscription starts automatically.
A role counts while it's live and accepting applications. Draft, paused, and archived roles don't count toward your limit, and their applications stay accessible.
Candidates can still apply to your live roles. To publish another role, pause or archive one, or upgrade your plan.
Team members are everyone in your workspace, including you. Starter is for one person, Pro includes up to 5 people, and Business has no limit.
Pro and Business. If you downgrade to Starter, webhooks are deactivated.
Business. You connect your own identity provider — Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and others — verify your email domains with a DNS record, and your team signs in through it. You can optionally require SSO for those domains. Business also includes automatic user provisioning over SCIM, so your identity provider creates and deactivates members for you. Both are available during the 7-day trial.
Change your plan from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Cancel from the billing page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Canceling only stops billing and keeps your data. To remove it, delete your account in settings — your personal data is then permanently removed after a short grace period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are handled securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Fees are generally non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. If you're a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in our Terms. The free trial is the easiest way to evaluate PeekHire before paying.
Video, audio, and text. You choose which formats are enabled for each role, and candidates answer in one of them.
